Design a sweatshirt for Coffee and Bible Time! We are looking for something trendy and in line with our brand to go on the front of a sweatshirt!
Contest Prize
The winner will receive an $100 Amazon gift card and their design will be featured in the Coffee and Bible Time shop on sweatshirts for anyone to buy!
Design Rule and Guidelines
Design may not exceed the 11"x11" square on the front of the sweatshirt.
The design will be printed using no more than 3 colors.
Design must be wholly original. By submitting a design, you are guaranteeing that you hold the original rights to everything in it, that it may be printed and distributed on sweatshirts and t-shirts, and that the design does not contain any copyrighted material.
Design should be rendered in Adobe Illustrator or a similar design program. Entries should include the original file, a vector-based EPS file and a high-resolution JPEG or PDF File.
The contest is open to anyone of all ages.
Submission Rules and Guidelines
Entries must be emailed by November 9, 2022 to info@coffeeandbibletime.com
All entry emails should have the subject line “Sweatshirt Contest+ Designers name”
Designs will be judged in the following criteria:
Overall concept and originality
Captures the spirit of Coffee and Bible Time, is trendy, and in line with our brand
Completeness of design and readiness for printing
Feasibility of reproduction
Adherence to the design and submission rules and guidelines

How the Winner Will be Notified
The winner will be notified by email on November 10, 2022. At the sole discretion of Coffee and Bible Time, disqualification, forfeiture, and the selection of an alternate winner may result from any of the following:
Winner's failure to respond to the notification within seven (7) business days after the notification email from Coffee and Bible Time was sent.
Winner's failure to provide original design files.
Upon contacting a winner and determining that they have met all eligibility requirements of the contest, such an individual will be declared a “winner” of the contest via social media, Coffee and Bible Time newsletter, and on the website.
Submission Agreement
To release the rights to your design to Coffee and Bible Time for the use of the Coffee and Bible Time sweatshirt and other promotional items including, but not limited to: Coffee and Bible Time website, social media, and marketing materials.
Coffee and Bible Time reserves the right to make adjustments to the winning designs.
The winners are responsible for all taxes associated with prizes.
To abide by all contest rules, agreements, guidelines and the general operating principle of fair play.
